Your Tasks & Responsibilities:
- In charge of designing a process for a competitive, benchmark-based compensation & benefit systematic as well as ensuring its group-wide implementation
- Designing and implementing a grading systematic for role categorisation
- Carrying out benchmark analyses, deriving trends on the market and issuing recommendations for action
- Ensuring alignment with labour representatives and other stakeholders
Your Profile:
Personality: Creative, innovation mindset, ability to think out of the box, open minded and always looking for future trends, excellent coaching and interpersonal skills, operative and strategic thinker.
Working: Highly self-responsible, analytical, business partner mentality; constructive and collaborative working style; solution-oriented mindset
Experience & Know-how: Several years of professional experience in designing and implementing competitive compensation structures, incentive programs, and employee benefits packages
Qualifications: Master’s degree in business administration, management, law or equivalent, preferably with a focus on human resources, strategy and project management.
Languages: Strong skills in written and spoken English, ideally good German skills.
